Use of Gelek for standing Ellbow-Break
After an outside Pass/Pelampas with Gelek+Hit, the Receiver holds the attacking hand of the Feeder and hit/places is forearm/elbow slightly above the elbow of the Feeder. He then finishes his Gelek and establishes pressure onto the Ellbow à break.
- Option 1: The back leg kicks forward into a Back-Sapu Takedown à Break of Ellbow
- If the Feeder lands flat onto the earth, the Receiver puts the Arm on his back hip, he performs a Gelek towards the hip and dislocates/breaks the arm. After that, he returns with a gelek and hit his back knee into the Receiver on the ground
- Option 2: Step between the legs of Feeder, back leg placed behind forward-leg Receiver à Kucing-Kick or Side-Sapu à Takedown
Pelampas into roundhouse Gelek vorward takedown, knee control auf dem Boden
